About Me

Hi! My name is Paige! After playing 3 varsity sports in high school I gained 50+ pounds my freshman year of college. During my sophomore year I lost 30lbs by changing my eating habits and exercising. After college I started working with a personal trainer and lost some more weight. In 2011, I began CrossFit and learned more about nutrition and body fat percentages. I also started running that year & completed my first half marathon in March 2012. 

In 2012-13 I was on the Atlanta Steam of the LFL, formerly the Lingerie Football League. I finished 2013 getting serious about sculpting muscle and losing fat. I've lost about 70lbs since my heaviest weight; however, I still have fitness goals that I'm working towards.

My journey hasn't been a straight road. It hasn't been easy. And it isn't over. Follow my blog for the good the bad and the ugly. I'll include tips, advice, motivation and tales of my experience on my fitness journey!
